Discover how your strengths can help you think more clearly, respond more helpfully and regain a sense of control.

This live 3-part programme gives you the practical tools grounded in science to help you feel more steady, capable and hopeful - in your work, relationships and everyday life. Across three 90-minute sessions (with time for breakout discussions, light homework between sessions, and frameworks you can use immediately), you’ll learn how to use your strengths to reduce overwhelm, rebuild confidence and respond more helpfully to the challenges you’re facing.

Whether you're leading a team, supporting your family, or simply trying to stay afloat during ongoing uncertainty or life change, this series will help you strengthen your wellbeing, improve your relationships and lift your effectiveness in work and life.

What you’ll learn:

• How to understand and use your strengths in every day life

Identify the strengths already working for you, recognise the ones you tend to overuse or underuse, and learn how to apply them in everyday situations - to feel calmer, clearer and better equipped to respond to pressure and potential.

• How strengths reduce distress and overwhelm

Use strengths-based strategies to quieten mental chatter, regulate your emotions, and steady yourself when you’re feeling stretched, overwhelmed or uncertain.

• How strengths shape relationships

Learn to 'strengths spot' in others and see relational patterns more clearly, reduce friction and strengthen connection - at work and at home.

• How to use your strengths to improve performance and productivity

Learn how strengths can help you work smarter and more effectively, leverage them to reach your true potential, and build healthy habits that support sustainable performance.

• Practical frameworks you can use immediately

You’ll walk away with simple, repeatable tools you can use personally, and share with colleagues, teams, family and communities.
